P3 Expansion Project, Eastpoint

Client requirements

The expansion project is intended to amalgamate the client’s integrated technology services under a single roof. The ground and 1^st floors will be brought from a CAT A CAT B finish with the remaining upper floors being stripped back and upgraded to the same standard of accommodation. The upgrade of the reception / atrium area includes improvements in lighting and general arrangement services. Works are phased to ensure operational continuity for the client.
