Liffey Valley Phase II Development
Client requirements
The proposed development consists of a mixed leisure, entertainment, commercial and retail extension to the existing Liffey Valley Centre in the form of 3 integrated structures organised around a large public plaza and pedestrian friendly east west street. The scheme will deliver mixed leisure and entertainment, food/beverage and retail with associated car park amenities. To connect the proposed development with the existing centre, c.1, 679 sq.m of gross floor space will be removed, demolished and or connected over ground and first floor to the existing Centre.
